ibis Foz do Iguaçu

A localização, somente O quarto estava com o ar condicionado quebrado e estava muito calor em Foz do Iguaçu. Solicitei à recepcao uma solução, e após verificarem que o ar condicionado realmente não funcionava, nos ofereceram um outro quarto, porém de uma categoria inferior. Como já havia pago pelo quarto superior, perguntei se eles me compensariam pela diferença de valores, e disseram que não, que não podiam fazer isso, mesmo eu tendo pago por um quarto superior. Pedi para falar com o gerente, e esse atendente se recusou. Por fim, uma outra atendente interveio e disse que no dia seguinte iria resolver isso, porém nada foi feito. O andar do quarto cheirava a mofo, o quarto não foi limpo no dia seguinte, falatando itens básicos como sabonete. Em resumo, me colocaram um quarto inferior, não limparam o quarto, e não me compensaram o valor. Recomendo que não reservem esse hotel em hipótese alguma. Serviço muito ruim além de terem me roubado.

They charged for parking eventhough it was located at the hotel. It should be included unless it is located at a different place. Staff was not friendly.

The location was amazing. City centre! As the park closes at 5-6 pm, there is nothing else to do. Being at city centre gives you an opportunity to explore the bars and the authentic city vibes! The room was very clean and the bed was comfy! Language!! The staffs were very kind but I think they need to also learn to speak in English or other languages than Portuguese.?

Very clean and there are many restaurants close to the hotel It was cold and heater did not work of I didn’t know how to operate it.

Very old hotel that needs renovation. Not really ok for Accor standards. Staff couldn’t speak English at all

Nothing. Worst hotel ever !!!!! One of the worst experiences ever. The hotel did not reply to the messages that I sent several times. The place is super noisy due to nearby bars. The room facilities were awful. Front desk people don't understand and speak English. The value is not worth staying in this place.

I had a problem booking the free transfer, during the check-in the price charged was different the price was supposed to be charged as per the booking confirmation. They offered a room for 3 people but clearly, it wasn't they just removed the desk and added another bed and it was impossible to stay in the room unless in the bed.

Breakfast was very good! There was construction going on during our stay so the floor smelled like paint the whole time.

Good location in Centre of the town. Great breakfast spread Agreed to late check-out till 2 pm. Good wi-fi Very cramped and congested rooms. Even basic toiletries not provided. The sink was clogged and had to be cleaned. Check-in took ages. The girl appeared so confused and knew no English at all. Tours and transport offered are excessively overpriced.
