staff is jaded and a bit careless. except the management. the terrible loud music untill late at night (not the hotel's fault) but the complete lack of soundproofing between the room and corridors/other rooms the breakfast room is a war zone much too crowded. the food is ok

The property is really nice and super close to all the amazing places to eat and wander in Foz do Iguaçu. The room was spacious with a king bed. The hot water was great. It was super comfortable. The staff we are great! It is about a 30 minute Uber to the airport at the falls. If that is all you are doing, is suggest staying closer the falls. The elevators are the worst - you’ll wait for a long time.

The staff recommended a taxi to the waterfalls that cost r$400 when they should have recommended the bus for r$40

Being downtown and restaurants close by. They had a great rooftop pool and bar with great views. Also the price was excellent. The wait time on the elevators and was stuck in the elevators. I got stuck in one for 10 minutes because it wasn’t working properly. Also, no device plug in outlets. You shouldn’t need an adapter today with usb.. every lamp, clock or phone should have them now.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Its staff are very pleasant and have a very good breakfast. I absolutely recommend this hotel for fun or business. The hotel's internet connection is really slow. This topic cannot be neglected, no matter if you are there for fun or business; access to the internet is today part of daily life. And to be honest, it is not something expensive to make it useful.

Great location, easy walk to restaurants and bars. Rooftop bar was beautiful, breakfast was incredible.

Good location (walkable to restaurants and easy to travel to/from). great staff (good tips where to eat). and the gem - great swimming pool!

Breakfast was really good, room very nice and spacious, overall solid place to stay to see the falls without going to hostel or splashing out on an expensive place. Sounds ridiculous to complain about but the lifts are a joke, it takes so long to get down and up because they are small and there are only 2.

Nice rooms - simple and clean. A lovely gym and rooftop area with pool. Breakfast was decent. Overall an enjoyable stay. Close proximity to many restaurants in foz. About a 25 min drive to falls from the hotel
