Our room and stay was good. Everything was clean and our room was nice. We did want to go to the bar, but they closed early.

I wish managers would enact a no cell phone policy for people working the reception desk. It seems like every time we walked through the lobby, the girl was on her phone. She even took a call while I was buying something from the little market they have. I think it's rude. It seems like there could be something to do, like clean a window, sweep a floor, wipe down a counter, anything, rather than being on your phone. Other than that, the stay was great.

Good breakfast. Location was good with restaurant walking distance. Bar only open 2 hours Friday evening. Closed Saturday.

Clean room, soft bed and linens, and friendly/helpful staff. 10/10 stay!

Parking was great. Breakfast was fine and area was clean and well attended. Room was clean. At check in we were not told they did not clean rooms daily. No one came by during our 3 night stay. No shower soap on arrival and it took three requests over two days to get some. Manager handled issue.

The hotel was nice and clean!

Check-in was a breeze. Staff very efficient and friendly. Room was fine....except the water pressure in the shower, and the bathroom door. The door to the bathroom is a frosted glass slider door and when you move it, the glass rattles. I was afraid we were being too noisy for our neighbors, but there was no way around it. Other than that, there were plenty of outlets for charging devices, room was clean. Breakfast had the basics: sausage patties, baby quiches, oatmeal, cold cereal, pastries, some fruits. Didn't notice yogurt, but didn't look for it this time. Coffee and juices. Parking was great, just outside the door. It appears to be a newer property. Location was great. We were in Midway and Versailles, and it wasn't very far. Even if it was, it's a pretty area.

It was new, clean and the staff were great Was told upon booking the pool worked. After we arrived, I was informed the pools been down for a while. If I was told this when I booked? I would’ve stayed elsewhere. My kids wanted to swim, that was the main reason I chose this hotel. Beds were way too hard. Would’ve been nice if the front desk had a clue about what’s going on inside the hotel.

Samantha at the front desk was exceptional. I forgot to pack a phone charger and she let us borrow one along with a fan. Can't say enough about your staff. Everyone was wonderful! Only problem was the shower but we figured it out.

There was no lotions and things like that that are typically in a hotel room. I did not bring my body lotion with me because generally it’s there.

Staff at any time we encountered them were extremely nice. We ate breakfast the first morning and it had plenty to choose from and was a very clean setup. We drank some drinks on Friday night at the little tiny bar in the front lobby and watched some football. The bartender fella was fantastic! Very personable and we enjoyed just talking to him while we watched football. Overall very pleased with our stay and would recommend booking it.
