The Bartender, Marcel! He was everything!!!! The guy at the front desk didn’t make me feel wanted. I didn’t get a happy vibe.

The beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. My daughter enjoyed the pool on the first day. The bathroom was not very clean, and the shower curtain was especially dirty. I also chose not to get back in the pool because the bottom appeared dirty in several areas.

This location was exactly where we needed to be. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff and lobby was very welcoming with the exception of the fragrance that hits you as you walk through the doors. I also used the fitness room and it was well equipped and clean. Great value for the price. The fragrance walking through the doors was overpowering and offensive. I would never spend any time in the bar or social area for that reason. Also, the water pressure was weak and the sink didn’t work well…didn’t drain and also splashed onto the floor and my clothes even at a low level of pressure.

Yes the hotel staff. I asked the manager to help me get into the pool. I was left standing in a bathing suite for over 15mins while all of the male guests that were drinking were staring at me. It was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. My key would

Clean room, large mirror, comfortable bed, amenities, speaker to play music, good area. Dim lighting- I wish it was brighter Shower door kept sliding.

Everything was very well put together, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the speaker was a nice touch. For some reason in the middle of the night, the speaker and tv cut off at the same time and wouldn’t turn back on. The outlets stopped working as well. But the AC stayed on.

Liked the outdoor courtyard and live music at night I didnt like that breakfast wasn’t included in the price of the hotel. Other hotels in this price range has breakfast included.

Table had coffee stain by window it looks like it was wiped. I really liked place it was good
