Quick overnight stay but the staff was very friendly and accommodating, bartender was great

Fan in bathroom was not working. Reported ever morning- never got fixed, No ice in 2nd floor ice machine - never got fixed.

I've stayed here before when it was a 5 star stay. Won't again.

This will be our go-to hotel in Cool Dptings Franklin area. We have stayed in about half of the better rated hotels and this was superior in most every way. The beds are definitely the most comfortable.

Poor service checking in. No communication about elevators or room location. No information given regarding breakfast service. No personality at all.

Not what we paid for and moved to another hotel for over booking. Never did get 2 rooms we paid for.

Everything was great! We were only there for about 12 hours, so didn’t need to use much more than the bed and shower. The location is great! We walk to Tony’s every time we stay here. It’s a great little sports bar with great happy hour specials. We will stay here every time we are passing through

After we arrived home, we received an additional bill for two nights of parking. $10 per night that had never been discussed. Parking was limited, and to be honest, we had to park at the end of their lot next to a business. Not sure if that was part of their parking lot or belonged to the other business.

Exceptional

The tv in our room didn’t work, (was eventually fixed) and , the pillows were uncomfortable. I would have appreciated coffee in the lobby as well. The hotel is in a nice area and right off the highway

Nothing particularly special about this location.

Beautiful clean hotel with friendly staff. Location is in a great neighborhood with places to eat within close walking distance. We wish the hot tub was working, but things happen and that’s understandable.

Nothing Didn't stay there. But you charged my credit card! You told me I didn't have a reservation there but still charged my card. I had to get a room somewhere else.
