The floors were especially bad. After simply walking barefoot around the room, the bottoms of my feet were visibly black with dirt. I’ve included a photo because it honestly speaks for itself. There was also noticeable grime, dirt and buildup along the baseboards and walls, including areas that looked as though they had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. I don’t expect a hotel room to be pristine in every tiny corner, but I do expect the floors and basic surfaces to be clean enough that walking barefoot doesn’t leave my feet filthy. This went beyond normal wear and tear and made the entire room feel grimy and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations of a hotel stay, and this property fell well short of that standard. I would not stay here again.

Breakfast was okay. No butter for the waffles, hence 4 star rating.

I was very impressed with the amenities in the room. The full size refrigerator and kitchen sized sink were so helpful for my extended stay. Additionally, the breakfast had a wide variety of options. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was nice and clean. The lobby was nice with a nice patio with fireplace. The only thing I didn't like was the location because the hotel sits back in a hole & the parking lot is not well lit.
-
Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of offerings. Would recommend.

Great customer service, clean, breakfast great. Great location close to mall and high way
-
Staff were very friendly and helpful! Quiet place!

A great location! Mall and restaurants are all within 5 min or less.

Pleasant but some stuff needs updating … cooktop didn’t work, toilet clogged last day, shower heads need to be replaced. Room was spacious with good climate control. Kitchenette well positioned. Pool was clean and didn’t smell like chlorine … breakfast had good variety.

We arrived during a terrible thunderstorm that blew open the doors of the hotel. Hotel staff was actively cleaning the damage as it happened and reassuring guests that everything would be okay.
-
We left after seeing the room. There were unknown hairs throughout the bathroom and the vents had visible dust. I was disgusted.

The fridge should be and fully stocked kitchen. I'm in treatment at Tennessee Oncology so being able to have space for fresh food is a must. One of the desk clerks offered me headache meds, from her car. I'm sure she meant well, but yikes. Number one rule of traveling: Take your own medicine!! I purchased the fizzy powder from the guest market. Oh and give optional double burners for the rooms? The hall decor is saying flinstones meets that 80's show, but the room said 2010's.

Great breakfast, eggs, waffles, cereals, sausage, etc. The pool was under maintenance, but they offered a sister hotel just a few minutes away, which was nice alternative. Comforter had a few stains but was quickly replaced. The rest of the room seemed clean, and the TV was great. No free Wi-Fi might have been biggest the downside. Staff was friendly and helpful, so no fault on them.
