Homewood Suites by Hilton Nashville Franklin Cool Springs

Great overnight stop driving to Texas. Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable for a family of five plus service dog. Breakfasts was early enough and filling for the family to grab a bite before the rest of the drive.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. Breakfast was great. The hotel and our room were very clean. Have the couch and kitchen is always a plus!! 👌

The staff was excellent… the lobby area was very nice. Also the location was near lots of restaurants and shopping. My biggest complaint is the shower had mold.. and the mattress is very uncomfortable.

Beautiful hotel! Right off the exit-convenient to local shops and restaurants. Excellent, courteous staff and the BEST breakfast including waffle bar, eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereals, bagels, & an exceptionally wonderful Breakfast taco bar w/choice of freshly cooked chicken or pork and lots of toppings. We always stay here when traveling! Never disappointed❤️!

The place was clean. One of the few in the Franklin area that my family of 6 can all stay in one room. The beds were my only problem. I know beds are a catch 22, these did my back no favors. The rooms were clean, large and the kitchenette had plenty to work with for small meals. The indoor pool was small, but plenty for two families to share. Breakfast was good- all the normal hot, bready and cold options: eggs, bacon, sausage gravy, biscuits, waffle maker, fruit, yogurt bar, bagels and such. A great stay at a good price! Will be back.

The maid walked in on us getting ready to leave. Then she stayed out our room making us rush to leave. And we was still 2 HOURS FROM CHECKING OUT TIME ….

Our room was missing soap - liquid and bar - in the bath and kitchen. We obviously could have called the desk, but made do with a bar we had in our bag. The breakfast options weren’t as good as other stays we’ve had with homewood, but we managed to feed our family of six. Entry to the hotel parking lot is an issue. The road from the highway is divided and a left into the lot is impossible. U turns are forbidden at the light. You’ll need to wind around to get into this one. It’s a substantial inconvenience.

We enjoyed the spacious room and it was conveniently located. The breakfast was decent and had some variety. Although the room was clean and had no odor I realized that my pet dander allergies were really being triggered. Upon asking I found out that they don’t have pet designated rooms. If you have a severe allergies to cats and/or dogs this is not the place for you. If you don’t it’s a reasonably priced option.

For $255 for one night, we had pieces of the ceiling in the bathroom falling on us due to water damage.

Very good breakfast. A quiet stay as long as your room is not by the road.

Overall a good experience. However, the renovation is making a review difficult. Some of the cleanliness issues are because of this ongoing process. Pool was good, fitness center was good, breakfast was good. No issues other than the first room had an odd smell but moved us to a new room and we had no other issues that were not renovation related.
