I’ve stayed at the hotel many times before. Have had pleasant experience before. But this time when I asked to get our room cleaned on a three nights day it was answered with we don’t clean rooms on the weekends other than that it was a pleasant stay. Hope they fix this.

There were no parking area lights or on the front.It was pitch black. Receptionist did advise it was due to electrical work.However, it was a major safety risk due to traffic, kids, not being able to see your surroundings.I feel there should have been some type of back up plan to make sure the property are had lights.Especially when darkness fell.

However, when we arrived the pillow in our room had stains .. went to the front desk and got a new one but the front desk person seemed annoyed. The couch was also stained but luckily we weren’t using that, but then we discovered broken glass all over the kitchen floor (we had 4 kids with us so this was concerning). We called the front desk and she brought up a broom and dust pan but still seemed annoyed and unconcerned. She did say if she couldn’t find a broom that she could put us in a different room but luckily she found one. We cleaned it up. The amenities and area are nice, so maybe other rooms would be better, but we did not have a good experience.

Location Nobody is warning that place was pet friendly. After we already paid and no refund we was forced to stay in .My wife couldn't sleep all night. She have bad allergies on smelly pets

Breakfast was ok, wish there was more offered

Room was hot

The room itself was good. It accommodated the 4 of us nicely. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not the best. Had to wait awhile for items to be replenished. They were out of some items they couldn't refill. As far as cleanliness, there was some mold in the shower and a loose toilet seat, a dead roach on the floor in the breakfast area, and the very busy laundry room with 3 broken dryers.

Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption.
