I don't give 5 stars since the location is horrible. You need to have at least 2 hours to get the Rome center on time for any activity you have booked.

Closet to Ciampino Bad ugly mattresses

Disappointing

At least we could get to call the Uber taxi, since the hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. Ants in our room, uncomfortable mattress and broken furniture.

Hotel close to Ciampino airport. About 9 minutes by car. But the taxi is not cheap - €30. Via app - €20-25 (FreeNow) This is a more beautiful hotel than in the photos of the hotel. Not far from some roadside cafes, there is a pizzeria with delivery, which prepare pizza themselves. Delicious. There is a supermarket next to the hotel where you can buy everything you need. The hotel has free Wi-Fi, a large restaurant, kind staff to help. If you check out very early, they will give you breakfast to go, even coffee (but not hot of course)

So bad experience no hotel in working condition and no one pick the one we spent night on road because of them. Didn't pick our calls. No staff was available at property.

Worth the price, it’s along the highway but surprisingly quiet.

It was in the good position for me, not far from Via Appia, but in general is not a very good position. You can park your car in a private open area, and this is positive to me. They clean the room every day, very positive! The bedroom is really little: there's not enogh space between the TV-set and the bed (less then 50 cm). No power points, only one in the bathroom. I needed two and I used the one connected to the TV (luckily I don't care about TV!).

The location is perfect if you wanna visit more cities around Castelli Romani, you need the car since there are no buses around.

The staff available did what they could to help. They spoke a bit of English so that was useful, they also helped us with getting a ride to the airport. We were not presented the rooms by anyone in person, just got instructions on how to find them. We were also supposed to get 2 rooms with 1 double bed and a single bed and we received 2 triple bed rooms. Also, on the booking, breakfast was included, we asked about it and it was confirmed by staff but in the morning the restaurant was closed so there wasn't any.
