This was a great hotel. The breakfast was good. It was simple but had many choices to choose from and I didn’t leave hungry. The rooms were spacious and they had air conditioning which was nice with it being so hot in Rome. I stayed here and used the train to go to Rome each day. I loved the pool too it was a great addition to my stay especially with the high temperatures. The hotel was very clean and had everything I needed. If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely use again. I have no complaints

The drawback is the double room does not have a kettle for making coffee and no mini fridge..

I was expecting the balcony, TV is not Working, pool should be available it would be nice to sit in the pool area, it woul be nice to sit outside near the pool, gate should be open to sit their even if you can't go into pool. chairs were broken, there wasn't any table cloth on tables, i caught my dressed. breakfast was abysmal, and dinner was worst than abysmal. the meal we had i would not feed to a dog (Meal consisted of mini shrivelled up chicken drumstick over cooked, dry chicken breast cut in half and it was dry, it not worth of money you spend for dinner. we had small plate of run a beans and whole meal was stone cold.) Glass of wine taste was i can't say in word i would say it was no awful. I WON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE I WOULD NEVEREVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN :( :( :( :( IT WAS FALSE ADVERTISING & MISLEADING FOR EVERYTHING. Really Disappointed.

Amazing query place! We did check in late night without any problem. Were sleeping tight and sweet and in the morning were enjoying lavazza coffee and beautiful nature

Worst Hotel ive ever stayed!!!! Beware. Dangerous surroundings. Stayed 1 night. Bars on the windows, aircon broke, loud troublesome men surrounding the building. Left asap got charged for 4 nights. Didnt respond to booking.com emails or our emails for a refund. Then additionally charge us 1 more night after leaving. Charge you for pool and pool hats ss and additionalcost. The location was very good for me - it is very near a rest home where my mum lives, so I could visit mum easily. For this reason I may visit again. I have to say that the hotel is not far from Tor Vaianica (the beach!) this makes it well located. I also liked the swimming pool, this is excellent. The wi-fi is super. Generally the facilities need investment, the door in my room was damaged, the decor is very dated. The shower was damaged and it did not work very well. I think the swimming pool should be free, although it is a nice touch. The breakfast was just OK, it could have been better.
