Econo Lodge Spotsylvania Town Center

The location was good. I was never told about breakfast Being charged for a service animal, not being told about a deposit until AFTER checkin. Lady knocked on our door at 9pm about something she forgot to mention ‍♀️ and while having a do not disturb sign on the door.

Room was next to the ice machine which made it noisy. Bed pillows were extremely firm and uncomfortable for me.

The cleanliness of the bed and room. The polite staff. Dated bathroom, a smell in the halls that is hard to describe.

Hotel seems to be in a rundown area. Hotel was very outdated and felt dirty lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous rooms have window units in the wall room would not stay at constant temperature. Either really hot or really cold rooms just did not feel clean.

I've been to Econo Lodges from Arizona to the Atlantic Ocean in Georgia, and this is the first one with no inroom coffee or continental breakfast. Bummer See the above

Our first room we walked in and the room was never cleaned. Smelled like cigarettes and weed

Bed was super comfortable. I walked into the lobby and was smacked in the face by the smell of weed. Hallways smelled like cigarettes. Long hair all over the bathroom floor.

Very much worth the price. Nothing special, no breakfast, but clean, no bugs, and friendly front desk. Perfect for a quick night stay.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and in good shape. Location is amazing; the mall is close and 95 is right there.

If you’re looking for comfort, this isn’t the right place. If you just want to close your eyes for a few hours then you may have luck here. The carpets are all sticky, the hallways smell of cigarettes, the beddings are thing and stained, the towels are very old and heavily used and stained. There was a stench in my room, I could hear my neighbors next door…in a nutshell, not worth I paid for but more affordable considering the alternatives..

Close to the mall and restaurants

The location is very convenient. Lots nearby for a quick stay onto your next destination. We were able to park and walk to dinner and get some refreshments to take back to the room. The room was what we expected. The bed was very comfortable to our surprise. The front desk lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. She really made it a great checkin. I would say overall it was similar to other Econo lodges we have stayed at but the customer service we received was wonderful. We would stay there again.
