Everything was amazing and what you would expect from a place like this. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was what we expected and we had a very pleasant stay. There was not much closet space in the family room with kids, thus the room was constantly exploded with clothes everywhere. The breakfast was till 11, however often a lot of breakfast option were already gone by 9. Everything was great from the hotel. Though I have to mention, in terms of price/quality comparison, for the money you pay I would expect 1 level of higher quality. A little bit more over the top. It does not effect my grading however.

Location is great if you are planning to visit a museum with kids which is on walking distance from hotel (cca 10 min). Buffet lunch with Italian theme was really delicious. Breakfast is having great options, don't forget to take a bit of gelato/ice cream during breakfast- it was a really nice surprise. Our room was clean and beds comfortable. Spa is extra charge but worth it- really nicely decorated and clean (recommend to book it in advance). It would be nice if rooms were a bit bigger for a 4 star hotel.

Hotel decor is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would advise to check all appliances provided in the room. The coffee machine in my room didn't work properly, nor did the hair dryer which caused an accident and led to electricity outage in my room.

The hotel in our opinion was excellent and more than met our needs. The staff were very friendly and also very helpful, the hotel also has a relaxing and comforting feel about it. I have been there before and will be going again soon Although I haven’t used the spa yet, I had a look around it and it looked fantastic and will definitely be going to it next time. N/A

This hotel has great view of the river and the drive up to entrance and main entrance is beautiful. Probably the most pretty hotel I have stayed at in Sweden so far. Friendly staff. The lights on the wall next to the bed frames have buttons on the bottom. I was looking for a central light switch to turn them both off. Minor annoyances.

Interior is nice The spa was a complete disaster, most of the features were broken, one sauna room even had no door! We were asked to change in our room as they had no space. Don’t go there, it isn’t worth that money.

Good breakfast, the hotel is a short walk away from the centre, however it has lovely views over the water. Food in the hotel is very good, and the rooms are comfortable. I can never seem to get the air con to work when I stay! I do prefer an open window though.
