Great location for our daughter’s orientation at UMW. Walking distance to the main welcome center and less than a mile form the heart of campus.

Very centrally located for venturing around Fredericksburg, Literally across the street from Mary Washington University (parents) and around the block from Mary Washington Hospital (patient families)

Great location across from UMW. Will likely stay here again while my daughter is in school.

Room was fairly clean. Carpet could use cleaning as well as the sofa. Sleep sofa was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful.
