GREAT B&B. Staff was friendly and wanted to make sure you had a wonderful stay. Location was great if you are looking to catch the VRE to DC.

The bed was very comfortable and the chairs in the room were also nice to have. Thanks.

It’s one of those places you want to be a secret. Parking is easy and we never drive anywhere because the location is so amazing.
-
The breakfast was homemade and absolutely delicious. They have an on-site cook.
-
Not only due to location, but the staff was super friendly, and I loved our room.

Fantastic location, delicious breakfast and beautiful house. The lack of response from staff. I emailed if we could get our breakfast to go and didn’t hear back. Also, we were told there would be fresh cookies. We could not find them at the end of the second day of our stay. We also thought that our room would be refreshed after the first night but that wasn’t the case.

We really enjoyed our stay in downtown Fredericksburg at this inn from 1770!

From the moment we arrived, it was a welcoming, friendly environment! We toured the Inn, which is beautiful and clean. There were delicious cookies in the dining room. The room was clean. The historic vibes were amazing. The bathroom was clean. It is in the perfect location. You just walk outside, and you are on the main street, yet it's still very quiet at night. Parking was easy. The courtyard out back is well-maintained and a nice place to relax at the end of the day. Breakfast was delicious. Everyone was extremely friendly! I cannot recommend this place anymore!
