There was a young gentleman who had this upbeat personality. I thought he was incredibly funny and I was impressed how at his age he was so helpful and kind to everyone. Beautiful spirit. Wished I could have remembered his name. He liked my NY sweatshirt :)

Clean room, comfortable - the only down side is that breakfast is not existing in the hotel which is a down when you're expecting that from a Radisson hotel.

The staff were amazing.

Went to a wedding in Freehold so stayed there and asked for early check in so that we could enjoy the pool during the day. They agreed to early check in but never told us that the pool was closed so good thing I read the reviews aheah of time. Also read that ice machines were out of order which front desk denied but sure enough had to go to different floor to get ice

We booked this hotel because there was pool but when we asked to reception how to get by the pool by check in time they said pool not working and we asked how long takes maintenance and when will be open answer was 6-7 days… We were there for 5 days. I guess when it’s summer time and you have huge pool and people are booking your hotel you must get some information online to explain people before they are booked rooms you haven’t pool or different services… That’s all what I want to say. Thank you.

Solid property in the suburbs. Good friendly front desk clerk and spacious rooms and close to I-95 and many restaurants.

$3,000 cash from my safe yesterday between 1 and 3pm as mf fiancée and I stepped away from our room to get married. We had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. The front desk staff Emily advised another safe was also broken into yesterday. The only person who has the master key for the safe is in charge of our investigation.

The Hotel was good except we were not notified that the pool was closed for maintenance. They did tell us the restaurant was closed but failed to say the pool was also closed which was one of the reasons we booked that hotel.

I would not stay here again. We had a room next to an elevator bay. Every time the elevator was used it would create a mechanical hum in our room and the floor would vibrate a little. We didn't get into the room until past midnight and couldn't figure out what the noise was until the morning so we didn't ask to switch. Dated shower that dripped water into the bathroom area.

The staff were lovely. Cleanliness wasn’t an issue. The breakfast was excellent too. However I was missing the actual fun of the hotel the pool and hot tub wasn’t opened.

The room was clean and the staff was polite. The pool was not functioning and staff said they were in the process of removing the pool from the listing's description. The TV also did not work. We were moved to a room with a functioning TV. We chose the Radisson, paying more than other options, because it had a pool. We knew we would have down time during our visit and we decided it was worth it to pay extra for the pool. Our visit was in July, during the summer heat. I think this was deceptive.

We booked this hotel because it has an outdoor pool. When we got there, front desk person said pool was open until 9pm. When we went to try to use the pool, gate was locked. We went to check with the front desk and another receptionist said pool is closed and will not open at all during our stay. I would not have booked this hotel had I known pool was closed.

Overall, my experience at Radisson in Freehold, NJ was not great. The price of the hotel did not equate to the quality and services that were provided.
