By far the best Red Roof Inn my girlfriend and I stayed at. Staff were very warm and welcoming and the room including the showers were phenomenal. Easily a 10 out of 10.

Comfy bed, clean sheets. No odor. Convenient to stores and restaurants Trap house vibes. The guy at the front desk insisted there was a microwave in our room even though they’re clearly was not. The AC stopped working after the first night so it was around 79° in our room. No attendant at the front desk, you had to call someone on the phone and then wait for them to come. too much hanging out and too much weed smell fortunately not in the room.

The comforter had cigarette burn holes in it. The AC worked very well but didn’t have a button to keep the fan on when the compressor turned off so as soon as it shut off because it reached the temperature it shut off and then the room would get hot. If you upped the air because it got too cold, hot air would come out. It was very difficult to regulate the temperature.

Wasn't the worst hotel I've been to by far, but it certainly wasn't the best maintained. The walls were peeling up in the staircase. The stairs felt like they were going to collapse beneath me, and the laminate flooring in places were disconnecting. The water pressure was just enough to wash the soap of you. Overall, in one word it was: Okay.

Staff was very helpful and nice

Worst experience in my life I NEED my money refunded.! The power was out completely at this piece of shit hotel and the sink was clogged so the water flooded to the top. There was absolutely no power whatsoever I had to sleep in 92 degree blistering hot humid room. The owners at the front desk were playing dumb and did not refund my money. Crooks. I’m so disgusted with this place and I hope the worst happens to this establishment. No power. No Air conditioning . Clogged sink.

Don't trust this place, the front end staff lies and corporate backs them up blindly. Do not stay here.
-
when i got there at noon with a reservation there was no one at the front desk the door was locked. there was a phone number on the door to call so i called 5 times and no answered . i needed a room so i went to a different hotel.

No power/electricity in room.

Location is convenient to route 9. The place was a last minute choice but worked out for our needs. Parking lot comes up quickly and you might miss it. Because hotel is right on the main road there is a bit of noise from the traffic.

Nothing These people shouldn’t be allowed to run a business. Charging people $300 a night for a shitty motel room.. I’m pretty sure there’s a lot of homeless people are staying there and it seems like a halfway home. The power went out there was no generator in 110° weather. I am pretty sure there was a riot going on outside because all the guest wanted to leave and they wanted a refund but the owners refuse to give people refund.
