Lovely

Our room was gross. Bed sheets stained. Moldy shower curtain and smelled like mildew. I felt unclean the entire nights stay. It looks nothing like the pictures in hotels.com

Very good

Cheap room is ok for a quick stay. Had two queen beds and one was wet. Top blanket covered all the wet yellow layers and was left with an ice bucket with water in it as well!

Breakfast room was nice

Rooms were cleaned and updated. Staff helpful and friendly Very strong air freshener scent in common areas.

It had a good ‘vibe’. Neat as a pin , close to Portland. The little pad II outside was perfect with its grill, tables, chairs , and fire pit. I created a very extra special touch. Also the breakfast was fabulous! Nothing - However — an extra grab bar in the bathtub might be useful. Anther suggestion off off season marketing would be :: a shuttle bus into Portland !

There were a couple of things that would make me not stay there again. First, hot water in the bathroom was 50/50 and some mornings there was none for showers. The second thing was that they do not clean your room ever. If you want clean towels or to have the trash cleaned you have to go to the desk and bring them back yourself. A very weird policy. Why run your hotel different than literally every other hotel in the US?

Price but now we know why. Breakfast was alright but not exceptional. Staff were not very friendly. Not rude but not welcoming.Room was very small, bed not comfortable and carpet old and stained.

The breakfast was amazing! Fresh food and friendly staff. The room was small but clean. The hallways had a smell that was overwhelming. It was like incense covering up smoke. The room we stayed in didn't have that smell.

The room was spotless. More room than in other hotels. The fridge was larger, if you need that. The staff was very helpful at check-in and when we had to update our reservation.

Modern renovated property . Breakfast was also served fresh with hot and cold options . We loved our booking and as per booking.com rep it was but upon arrival it wasn’t . The staff accommodated us right there and then …

Standard free breakfast Cool shower, not even a little bit warm. That sucked.

While the property was clean, The "buffet breakfast" was fake scramble egg patties, and sausage as far as hot food, I wouldn't call it a buffet really. There WAS NO HOT WATER in the SHOWER, and The Front Desk clerk wasn't there when I checked out and there were a pile of room keys on the desk suggesting they had not been there for a while. The cups wrapped in plastic in a stack with the ice bucket were wet plastic around the cups, seemed like they had been used with the plastic on and were not replaced or checked by housekeeping when the room was cleaned before my arrival. Location was adequate, reasonably quiet, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, but the Direct TV remote had no sleep timer, seems like there should be a way to put the sleep timer on the tv for people that need to fall asleep using sound. For the price, this was worth about half of what I paid. Definitely disappointed
