Slow unhelpful and uninformative staff

The rooms are not cleaned daily, when I requested clean towels it took several hours and numerous calls to the front desk.

I did enjoy my stay here and it was very easy to get to from the freeway. My room was large and clean, overlooking the pool area. It was a little noisy because of that and the building next to mine was apparently the one where pets were allowed, as several rooms had their dogs out on the balconies, who barked at anything they saw walking by, which was annoying. The biggest issue I had was that the front desk staff did not answer calls from my room, so I had to go down to the actual front desk to get questions answered. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again if in the area.

There is a weird smell in my room at building C. No elevator at Building C. Not convenience. Avoid building C if you have to stay. Water pressure of the shower is extremely low.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. Great location near a lot of good restaurants.

The Tesla EV charger on-site fee is higher than expected.

Great location for quick stop

well, I booked a room with two queen beds and a roll in shower. I get here and she tells me it's been booked and that I can't have a roll in shower. I was mad but not nearly as mad as when she said there are no accessible two queens anymore. I had to settle for a king and a couch with a bed in it. My son hates those beds. All he's doing is complaining now

The property has good parking space, nice breakfast and courteous staff.

Room was clean but hallways were dirty and need a deep carpet cleaning. Bed was just ok and could have been more comfortable.Room was good sized and had a comfortable couch. The back side of the building was not very well lit and there were 2 striped cars on the back of the property. Homeless encampment backed up to the pool fence.

Everything was good , with amazing staff. O really recommend this place.
