E-Z 8 Motel Newark

Disgusting look like a drug dealer spot. Nasty place. You have to choice but to stay there because they don’t offer refunds. How do you run a hotel like this . Unsafe location this place would not pass inspection. How is it still operating. Dog poop every where. Trashy. What I see on Expedia site doesn’t look the same in person.

Toilet didn't want to flush

i checked in immediately had to request another room as the room stunk so bad of urine and decries. They gave another room but was horrible. It was late so i stayed but checked out immediately the next morning. Staff was nice and said they would refund my $1400 payment. For 2 weeks between booking.com and sleazy8 i’ve been trying to get the refund that the hotel desk agreed to. Booking.com is very uncooperative. Hotel said they paid Booking. Booking says hotel has not refunded. I can’t tell which is lying but i can say that booking guaranteed a room from a slum and isn’t backing the refund from the partnership they have. Nothing. I was not allowed to stay I was turned away when I got there. I was not allowed to stay. I require a complete refund

I stayed 7 nights here recently . Time just flew by. Stayed in a king bedroom . Picked this place because it was affordable for. A week long stay and bobus, pets can stay free. Had a small toy poodle dog and it was nice that the property has few dog poop stations. Overall, happy. WiFi needs to be purchased separately. Laundry is available onsite for individual purchase. Also, need to request for change of linen by asking front desk. Staff was helpful
