Denise and Matt were so friendly and helpful; breakfasts were excellent with a very varied choice. We liked our room, nice touches, nothing was forgotten for o comfortable stay. The house is a short walk from Colwell Bay, so all in all we had a very enjoyable weekend at Rockstone Cottage. Nothing, only the weather!

The room was spotlessly clean, as was every other part of the house that we saw; the bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent, with a wide variety of choice, perfectly cooked by Matt and served with a smile and by use of our names by Denise. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and every aspect of service was friendly and efficient. Nothing - everything was perfect

Home away from home. Service with a smile. Very clean and well decorated. Easy access to the beach and town. Nearby restaurants were very good. Nothing.

Beautiful building, very well kept outside and a lovely welcome! Very clean in all areas! Breakfast was well organised and it was delicious! Hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful with all questions and advice of the area and places of interest! Stay was very comfortable and would highly recommend! N/a

Ideally located about 5 mins drive from the Yarmouth Ferry Terminal, clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast was great with a range of options on both cold and hot items. The hosts, Denise and Matt, were great - and very helpful.
