Clean rooms! Friendly staff and fast elevators!

The staff were friendly and the place appeared clean. The negative we were in room 226 and when we walked in there was an odor like strong perfume covering maybe a urine smell my husband said mildewy but none the less an odor.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and large enough for our family. Staff were friendly and breakfast was great!

Clean, comfortable accommodations. Staff mostly friendly and helpful. Location convenient to Fresno Airport. Breakfast spread was typical but hot items like eggs were cold and potatoes were basically empty and took a while to get replenished.

Great place to stay, but very noisy. I could hear the person in the room next to us snoring, we heard every door open and close, and were woken up at 3 am to something beeping constantly in the hallway. Great place, great staff, but a rough nights sleep for light sleepers.

We stayed just one night. Room was clean. Breakfast had a great variety to choose from. Front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly. Just one downfall: pillows weren’t comfortable. I would recommend the stay.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

It’s presentation was clean, comforting, and it wasn’t loud and did not smell like weed. One of the employees charged me full price for the room even though I had prepaid fully for it already he said it was a “deposit” but later I called after my stay and another employee said that employee who charged me the “deposit” was new and he shouldn’t have charged me that. It should’ve only been 50-60$ for deposit. It took almost four weeks for this to be fixed and refunded back to me.

Great location from Fresno airport.

Looked like a brand new hotel. Big room. Comfortable bed. Nice & close to airport as we were flying out. Only surprising issue was we could hear the people above us. We had a second floor room. The evening before and at 5:30 am the next morning we could hear what sounded like several kids running around and jumping up & down on the floor. Loud racket. So loud it woke us up. Surprised the flooring wasn't thick enough or lacked soundproofing to hear this. Most hotels have enough soundproofing that one does not normally hear your neighbors
