The breakfast is very basic—nothing unexpected—but during the two days I stayed there, they didn't have milk for the cereal, which is what my children look for.

The room was very clean, we received an upgrade, the property is in a safe and quiet location. The breakfast had lots of options and coffee was very good. We found it to be a very convenient stop on our way to Kings Canyon.

Minor annoyances that are easy to fix: There were no towels at the pool, and we asked for towels and they were never brought out. To be fair, our room had towels. If you had told us we won't have towels at the pool, we would happily have brought our towels down to the pool. Just don't lie about providing towels at the pool if you don't intent to give them. More than once, I had an employee cut in front of me at breakfast (when I was the only person there!) to check if there was enough of something provided. I appreciate the breakfast and I appreciate checking and refilling. And I realize if there is a long wait, you can ask to squeeze in and take a look. But, when it is just me, do you have to slide in front of me? I will be lifting the tray openings up, if you are just checking, could you just look when I lift them?

I enjoyed our stay very much, the room was top notch, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom very clean. The pool was in good condition and very fun, we hit it up twice during our stay. They serve a good hot breakfast with a plenty of options. The staff was welcoming and friendly throughout. The coin operated guest laundry.
