Room 373 is an outdated room that requires renovation, and it experiences high temperatures during the summer months. Its notable advantage is its generous size, spanning 400 sq ft, although the overall ambiance feels peculiar. The room is furnished with a king-size bed, but the mattress is aged and retains heat. There is only one table, contributing to a sense of emptiness within the room.

Great option for the price. The rooms are clean and roomy, the staff is wonderful, and the breakfast is decent. The property is showing a little age with older furniture and carpet in the hallways, but the clean rooms and great service made it a solid stay.

Hotel Piccadilly is a very nice place to stay. If we go to Fresno, CA again we will try to stay there. Our only complaints are a noisy AC that made it hard to sleep and not enough lights in our room. The room could use at least one more lamp by the table.

The room was well maintained and comfortable, and the restaurant was delicious with a great vibe. The swimming tiles need to be cleaned to look more inviting.

An amazing place. I thought it would be another 2-star bed bug ridden dump, and I was absolutely wrong. I highly recommend this to any weary traveler and even those who want to stay at a nice place for practically nothing. 10/10 would highly recommend. Also, go to the restaurant and order the pork belly kabobs and the churros.

We really enjoyed our stay here at the Piccadilly coming home from our road trip. The room was very clean and the grounds were nice and well maintained. We also got chance to use the putting green for a little bit, which was really fun. Breakfast in the morning was solid and tasty. We'll definitely come back if we find ourselves in Fresno in the future!

Spacious room. No carpet, AC worked well. Clean bathroom and bedding. Good shower pressure. Towels were soft and clean. Would stay there again! The restaurant adjacent was good. The complimentary continental breakfast was good as well.

This is a lovely gem of a property. The staff was outstanding! Stephanie at the front desk went above and beyond. We extended our stay because the property was so nice!
