The grounds were cleaned. They advertised that they accepted pets so I booked the room for a night, after they checked me in I was told that this location does not allow pets and I was not able to use the room that I had paid for through booking.com. I was not able to get a refund since it was a non-refundable purchase even though they lied about accepting pets. Corporate sent me an apology email and booking.com gave me a $11.52 reward towards my next booking, so I paid for a room that I was not allowed to stay in because I had 2 dogs that were claimed in the reservation.

Unsafe and unsanitary. We encountered live cockroaches, dirty facilities, and people sleeping on the floor right outside our room door. The online photos do not reflect reality. Do not stay here.

room was quiet, beds comfortable for a good night sleep on a long journey.

The Bed was comfortable the bedding was clean. The staff was polite . I arrived sunday had uostairs room when came out of the elevator to my right an the end of hallway was trash thus 3pm check in. It was never dump i left at 11am minday morning an there still had trash pilled up from sunday an i left monday . The floors where dirty an had hair on the floor. When i check out there was a gentle me asking to have linen changed been there 5 days want floor to be mopped an he issue was resolved or not.. there was ice in laundry room an the soda machine had no sodas an charged 2.75 cents when i did not get the drink.

I would like to get my refund and my deposit back because you would not let me stay there because I am handicapped and I had a medical emergency

How close the stores were. It was small for the price. Had roaches. No dishware for the kitchenette.

OVERRIDEN BY THE SIGNS OF THE TIME...STARTING WITH THE CORPORATE WORLD THAT GET THE PROPERTIES CHEAP VIA ASSET SELLOFFS...OPENED UP, WITH BUDGETS, HIRE, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING WITH THAT PROPERTY...AS LONG AS YOU WANT...THEN, AS AN INVESTOR, OWNER, COMES AND LOOKS AT DUMP HIS INVESTMENT HAS BEEN RUNDOWN BY MANAGEMENT, OR THE MISMANAGEMENT, NOT TO MENTION THE HOMELESSNESS EPIDEMIC AND THE EFFECTS OF A HOUSING CRISIS THAT'S OUT OF CONTROL WITH THE OTHER ISSUES IN SOCIETY LIKE RACISM, DISCRIMINATION BEYOND ANY LAWS OF A.D.A. EVER WOULD TACKLE, HUD, SLOWED BY POLITICAL POLICIES THAT BORDER ON THAT DISCRIMINATION ON EVERY FRONT. WHAT SOCIETY HAS BECOME...SEGREGATED FOREVER

Implications for staining comforter..and it would cost $50...from deposit. Implications for smoking in the room...quit smoking in march 2000...tell me ,"WHEN WAS THE LAST PERSON, WHO ACTUALLY SMOKED, AND DID YOU F'N CHARGE THEM"?

Lots of trash, homeless, paper thin walls. Cubbies didn’t close all the way. Missing body wash. Just not a good hotel.

Staff is very nice and laundry facilities are amazing. If you need an extended place to stay this has great location to everything. Grocery stores within walking distance as well as restaurants.

I loved the big refrigerator and how we had a stove and microwave:) Little dirty on stairs walking up to my room but other than that it’s great :)

It is a safe place to stay and it has a kitchen which we can cook while we are staying.

,room was clean amenities need work like towels and furniture I did not like when the manager called because he did not like first review more or less my complaints were not his fault.
