Overall the stay was good. The only issue is the breakfast wasn’t as good as i hoped.

Breakfast was nice. Alot of construction happening but staff were friendly. No complaints for the price we paid!

Older hotel being updated. The outside looks great, they are working on the inside. Beds were rock hard, room was very clean. Front desk guy showed up, that’s I can say. That speaks volumes nowadays. Breakfast doesn’t start til 7 on the dot on Saturday. I couldn’t even get a coffee to go. He chased me out!

I showed up at 5pm to check in and the front desk staff was nowhere to be found. They had a note saying be back shortly and that turned into 15mins, I had to call the hotel to get someone to come to the front! The staff was not friendly at all just asked for my ID and card, never acknowledged I was waiting or even a hello. Put my Id and the room keys on the desk and told me the room number and that’s all. I asked for the amount. If they held a deposit and also the WiFi password. The staff acted as if I was bothering him with basic check in questions. Now the room was old! The hotel looks nice in the outside and main lobby but the room is VERY old and dated. Smelled dirty as if they need to clean the carpets, the walls were all scraped up and I had to request new towels due to them being dirty. I would NOT stay here again

This place was Just a spur of the moment decision, after driving 13hrs , we where all really tired and choose this place, it was a really easy check in. The older gentleman was funny and very friendly. It was really warm in the lobby and hallways but once the air con was turned on in the room it cooled down really quick. The beds where really comfy,the bathroom was clean. The only complaint I would have would be the pillows, they are totally uncomfortable. But we made due and really too tired to care. But all in all it was worth it.

Our room and Property was comfortable, but the breakfast really does need to be upgraded with a few more additional items, they need more luggage carts, otherwise was very comfortable.

Room had floor boards lifting.. we checked in late and every time we went to front door no one was there.. The breakfast was simple but ok.. they did stay open a bit longer on Sundays.. the parking was easy the area has a lot of construction going on.. the bed was not comfortable you can feel the springs on ur back and the jacuzzi which is why we booked this from had wax on the side.. it was quiet easy to get to but I would not have stayed if I had kids with me..

Pool needs cleaning and towels missing at the gym

I do understand the contruction around affect the hotel but staff was not helful and barely look at you when talking to them. Room were acceptable but the smell of cigarettes was bothering me. Breakfast sometime we needed to wait for refilling the tray and only 1 waffle maker made a huge line.

Location nearby the freeway. The bathtub is not clean. Very slippery. The shampoo was not refiiled.

Only issue was found a bug in our room and staff didn't seem to care or offer us another room

Staff @front desk very friendly and helpful breakfast in the morning and jacuzzi tub in room. Construction was going in closer proximity to hotel and parking was difficult

When we first checked into the hotel, the hallways had a strange odor and were in older unkept condition. There was a broken telephone from one of the rooms at the end of the hallway, and arguments from other guests could be heard through the walls. The receptionist was not polite and gave us a room key to a room that hadn't been cleaned at all. The room had a very disgusting smell as soon as we opened the door, and it was either still in use, or had been recently used and left uncleaned. The beds and towels were left unmade, belongings like alcohol were left behind, and many lights were left on in the room. We were completely startled and disappointed at the error. We immediately went back to the front desk to try for a new room and explained that our assigned room was used and hadn't been cleaned at all. The receptionist gave us a new room key without even apologizing. The new room had the TV and bathroom light on, which isn't a big deal, but made us question how much they actually cleaned, and along with the terrible condition of the hotel we decided to cancel our stay. The receptionist told us she canceled our booking, and only as we were leaving, she told us to call back the website we booked on for a refund. We called, and the next day the site called back to tell us the hotel itself didn't even approve the refund. We were absolutely disappointed, as we hadn't even slept there and couldn't get our money back.

I stayed one night, but everything was really clean. The staff was super friendly very helpful. Definitely will be back.
