Oh, and by the way the breakfast was amazing!

Unfortunately they tend to disappear at the most inopportune times. The worst part is that they vanish for long periods of time.which makes it very uncomfortable.

The front desk worker was very polite. The property and rooms are a little older, but there are a lot of beautiful trees around and the rooms are very clean and organized. A nice, basic place to stay.

2) The room was very hot from when we got there in the afternoon. My wife went to the reception and said the AC was not working. The man claimed it worked. We had to sleep with the door open to the toilet that was chilled. When we woke up in the morning, the temperatur had only dropped to 78 F. 3) After checking out I got something sticky on my hand. I asked at the reception if they had a toilet to wash my hands. The man was not very helpful. Fortunately, there was a woman present that facilitated my hand washing. Before we left the hotel, my wife told the man the changes to make so we would not review our experience online. The man told her that she could write anything she wanted. We left the hotel with the impression of not having being welcomed. I have now blocked my bank card for safety reasons. The only positive thing is that the flowers and paths around the buildings were quite nicely designed.

Ants! Ants! Ants! In the kitchen they infested the bag I left in there overnight and followed to my next destination. I had to throw away my favorite vacation bag I couldn’t get rid of them!

Quiet location with comfortable beds. The room was clean and easy to access. The continental breakfast was delicious with hot food options (eggs, sausage, hash browns and waffles) as well as the usual cereal, bagels, bread, muffins and yogurt. Check in and check out were easy! A great place to stay!

Breakfast was beyond basic so we had to go somewhere each day. The pool had tons of algae on the bottom and not ready for swimmer. I would not stay there again.

Best part is the Garden, otherwise the hotel is a bit outdated and aged. But sanitary is ok. Central AirCon is also great.

We had an amazing stay. Very quiet and friendly. The only thing we were a little upset was the pool. Some maintenance would off made the perfect stay.

Had insects in room and tub was overly stained. Canceled reservation and went to different hotel

Needed time to cool down. While I was there the temperature just went up.

Our stay was good. We encountered the family eating and residing in the check-in area. This seemed to occur after hours. Didn't effect our stay.
