Staff is odd . Didn’t really speak at check-in just “checking in ? I’d & card , sign “ and handed the key and never greeted walking through . Man said it might take a month to get my deposit back . Housekeeping was absolutely friendly and amazing .

We’re very stuffy. Pillows did not smell clean. Bathroom had a few roaches sadly.

Breakfast needed a bigger variety.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast service was very poor and the manager's attitude was who cares.

It was clean, and comfortable, quiet and a good price. It was located right next to the freeway and a busy intersection. The area was a bit sketchy.

I booked seeing 8.8 stars. Room had broken AC was told it takes about 45min to cool room since AC may have been off the room was like a sauna. Got moved rooms and the room was cooler ac worked but in the morning I turned on shower and no water came out then after maybe 2 min it trickled in. I told them I will just check out I didn’t want to stay the remaining night. Wasn’t compensated for all the issues and unable to shower. They also said they accidentally charged my credit card again🙄

This property is just off the 99 freeway, yet challenging to access with only one small entrance on a busy street. The air conditioning wasn’t on when we arrived and it was 105 outside. Both beds were lumpy and sagging. The staff was friendly and it was clean enough, but I’d never stay there again.

The hotel and room were clean and cozy. Breakfast was very meager.
