Great visit

Air conditioner unit was super loud It vibrated the room and sounded like a big semi truck was reving up its engine It did this most of night. Breakfast was not very flavorful

Early check in was requested by an hour, staff stated option was not available despite being just a hour prior to check and hotel being completely empty. Breakfast was absolutely horrendous. And room was lacking small things such as hand soap. Other than accommodation was just ok; more than likely would not be returning.

Upon check in the desk attendant was not personable and non accommodating. We had arrived early and she basically was annoyed and said to come back at check in time. Derek on the other hand when we checked in was exceptional.

Staff were super friendly and very clean rooms.

Great location close to SaveMart Center

It was awful! We arrived at 5pm the night of a concert. Room was not ready! They had no time frame when it would be ready. We sat in the lobby for 20 minutes and were never told we needed a parking pass. We had to go up to them and ask about it. We didn't get a room until 6pm. There was no offer of any compensation for the issue. The hotel is very nice and very convenient to walk to Save Mart Ctr. Just disappointed in the way we were treated for an issue that had nothing to do with us.

Check in was easy staff was very nice. Hotel is new only 8 months old. Walking distance to our venue literally across the street. Our room was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. Very spacious and clean. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was good, lots of choices.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast choices are abundant and the food quality is very good. Staff is helpful and always carries a smile. However, there's not a water dispensing system in the lobby and we had to walk to the gym to refill our water bottles. Also, they use paper plates and plastic utensils for breakfast, which is not environmentally friendly.
