No hot water. Engineer tried to say luke warm would be adequate. No. Upgraded to suite. Smoke alarm chirping, A/C didn't work. Two queen size beds, not KS. So, 3rd room. Fine. Undergoing renovations, no A/C in elevs/stairs, no fitness or biz center.

Wonderful wonderful staff I ended up leaving my luggage bag by accident they were very quick in finding my belongings and returning my call to pick up .. always very nice rooms and wonderful staff

The breakfast had limited options for the included price. Multiple closed amenities including the Fitness center and business center.

The Room Smelled and there was a flea on me we checked out one day early on a two day stay construction going on no gym and no first floor rooms asked for a one day refund was told we will email them

Property in poor condition, under construction. Gym was unavailable. Pricy hotel. A coupon towards breakfast would have been nice considering the condition of the hotel.
