I really enjoyed the waffle maker, and the oatmeal was definitely the best part of the breakfast buffet. However, the milk in the small cartons did not look fresh, and the turkey sausage looked like it may have been spoiled

To whom it may concern the stay was wonderful clean rooms great staff breakfast was great and lets not forget the pool was super clean and restraunts near by including a CVS you'll wont regret the stay book now

Front desk representative was overwhelmed with her duties or just plain rude and inconsiderate. Something as little of having no water to purchase. I asked a stupid question, “ do you happen to know if you have some more in stock?” Her response was, “ it’s in the back and went back to work. The sad part, there was an elderly couple looking for water as well, but that didn’t seem to bother her. Much more to add but that’s it in a nutshell. Poor communication and inconsiderate

Had been on the road for 11+ hours- checked in at 2am. Lady treated me like i had the plague. Gave me an East facing room with horrible curtains. Got maybe 3 hours sleep. Was so angry I checked out and left without breakfast. Wasted $. Hidden parking fee.

SpringHill was a very nice place to stay with very clean and quiet hotel room with clean linens, comfortable bed and nice amenities. Breakfast was acceptable. Staff were professional, attentive and pleasant.
