TownePlace Suites by Marriott Fresno

Hot tub had poop in it for 3 days. The kitchenettes were like the bottom level of Next Level Chef. The staff call unnecessarily every morning between 6am and 6:30. Worst Marriott I have EVER stayed at. Don't stay here!

The location is perfect. The staff was so nice. Every time I passed an employee in the hall, they said hello. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable!

Staff was great once again. Some amenities such as the oven was a little dirty, however everything else made up for it

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Whenever I needed something they would get it to me as quickly as possible. The parking.. towards the end of the night the parking lot was full.

Breakfast is the bare minimum. Powdered eggs and overcooked turkey sausage links. I passed on it and grabbed a banana and checked out. They should just add more grab and go options and upgrade the coffee. The girl that checked me in Clearly wished she was working somewhere else. I felt sorry for her. I won't be back. I hope that Marriott would force their franchises to have some pride in what they do. If this location was located in Bangladesh I think it would a great location.

Breakfast was terrible. Front desk was rude and seemed to not want people there and the pool was closed. It looks like a rundown apartment converted into a hotel.

The rooms were a good size. Breakfast was good. The bathroom sink was clogged Curtains were ripped Wi-Fi was slow They never went to clean the room or give us clean towels or toilet paper

Great for us, myself and brother, offering a two bedroom suite. Breakfast was sub-par. Barely an egg option and, usually, no meet to go with it. Cereal, oatmeal, bread/bagle/toast options and waffles.
