Studio 6 Fresno, CA - Extended Stay

The place is just to getto lots of activities going on there

Noisy, very dirty. Bathroom had hairs from at least 6 different types. Matrass gave both of as backache. People from the hood chit-chat outside to midnight. Rooms smoked through out. Basically shety hole.

Morning an afternoon staff is extremely nice and the disabled rooms were perfect for my mom's electric wheelchair

I was supposed to pay at the desk and I steady they charged my card and I wasn't able to travel cuz I didn't have money on my card..

To sleep in peace I was goid

If we weren’t just literally laying our heads there for the night, I’d have made a bigger deal. Just not worth the money at all in my opinion. Do better!

The WHOLE parking lot is FILTHY OF ANIMAL AND HUMAN WASTE...IT FOLLOWS YOU BACK TO YOUR ROOM AND TUB...MY RESERVATION WAS NOT FULFILLED AND HAD 2 ROOM CHANGES...NO REFRIGERATOR NO INTERNET CONNECTION WAS OUTSIDE OF MY ROOM...CONVICTS GALOR...

Disappointing

The staff was amazing, the room wasn’t very clean, there was no trash cans in the room, and it was very loud. There was only one towel

There were cockroches everywhere, one even landed on my husband's leg.It was a really bad neighbor hood. Definitely would not recommend. I ended up leaving as soon as my baby woke up. Asked for a refund for the night I did stay and was told no because of their policy if you stay longer than 1 hour in the room you will not be refunded anything. The manager came in hot head from the beginning without even hearing why we wanted a refund and the best that he could do would be give me 20% discount for my next visit. Never going back!!

The beds had this metal thing around the bottom that you hit every time you sit down or get up - annoying!!

USAFE, HOMELESS PEOPLE STAYING ON SITE. WE ARE ONLY STAY FOR ONE NIGHT. OUR FAMILY FELT UNSAFE TO STAY AT FACITLITY.

All of the appliances worked.

I asked for a non-smoking room, but the smell was awful. The room was dirty, and water pipes were flushing every 5 minutes all night. Way too noisy to sleep.

Do not believe the hype the pictures of how this motel looks are fake. The rooms are dirty. They had a roaches. The furnishings were broken leaning the tub was dirty. It was horrible. The swimming pool looked green. There were people hanging out smoking and drinking partying like they were on the block Was not safe with people living there. It is not well maintained, and it looks dirty to save your money and go someplace else completely disappointing we left 10 minutes after we checked in. I was too afraid to even sleep in the room, roaches, crawling all over the place.

The property is not well maintained. There was a cockroach on the wall and there is no kitchen ware.
