Location worked perfectly for me. I was working at the convention center this weekend. I slept great. But bed was old a squeaky. Floor needs replacing. Was priced right.

Horrible, Horrible place. DO NOT STAY HERE. Sleazy, run down, unclean rooms, the AC didn’t work and it was 95 in my room and a roach greeted me upon arrival. I asked for a refund five minutes after being there and they told me tough luck. Such a horrible place, literally any place is better than this nightmare.

We had a late arrival to the property at 10:30pm, nowhere on the property reservation stated that we needed to check in at 10pm or we'll be considering a no show and not get our refund. No where on the reservation state that there was a front desk staff only at 2pm-10pm. The staff Mike was not helpful at all; he was rude and probably had oversold as there parking lot had no parking available at all. He said he contact us through our booking to cancel the stay because we didn't show up which was nowhere to be found on my end nor in my booking as it was still showed as booked on my end, The reservation says check in at 2pm and last call to check in is at any time. If there was a specific time that we needed to check in by it should've been documented in the instruction. Or if late arrivals there should've been some sort of information on how to let staff know that you are arriving late to the property to avoid any miscommunication. We had nowhere to go because we are from a different part of area so because of the front desk Mike and the hotel's incompetence to be able to communicate effectively on their booking and in-person they've ruined our trip as we had to drive to another area and pay an overpriced hotel to stay at. Mike showed lack of customer service skills all he said was there's no refund because he canceled our booking. Very unprofessional to have someone like Mike manage front desk especially if he lacks to communication effectively.

Booked the room off Expedia to find out everything is sold out and was left without a room at 11:30pm at night.

The picture should be updated to show the property condition and please remove pool from the advertisement. I chose this property to be able to use the pool!!! It’s summer 104°F. Come on! I don’t recommend it at all.

Staff tried charging 100$ extra and had a roach in the room.

Pictures are way different than how the property is. Dirty and smaller pool it’s seems like there’s not maintenance for it. I was extremely dirty and the weather was extremely hot, no even in our dreams we will swim in that horrible pool. The room was ok, clean. Bed 7/10

Absolute nothing worst hotel I’ve ever came in contact with They put me in 3 different rooms and none were usable . I asked for a refund for my room and tax due to not wanting to stay after 3 rooms but refused .

Would not recommend this hotel at all! Stay away from this place! My boyfriend and I chose this hotel because it was 12 AM and we were exhausted after a backpacking trip in Yosemite with no shower and no bed, and we didn’t want to drive home. When we got there, both agreed that we’d rather sleep and go to the bathroom in the dirt in the wilderness than this hotel! The moment we got there, we felt unsafe. The man at the front desk barely spoke to us at all and had no sense of hospitality. When we got to the room, the windows were fogged with steam from the humidity in the room (room must’ve been 90 degrees). There were several holes and cracks in the walls, some covered with a green sludge. The sheets were stained and the bed was uncomfortable. The walls were stained too. There was a locked door at the end of the room, maybe a closet, and considering the state of the rest of the room (with the holes, the stains on the walls and the bed), it stressed us out enough to leave. We did not sleep there. We stayed there for about 15 minutes before we left. Terrible hotel. Do not waste your money here.
