The room size was reasonable and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near a train station, store and restaurants, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The hotel facilities were complete and met expectations. Overall, the hotel is in good condition and suitable for a short stay, especially for travelers looking for convenience and accessibility.

Breakfast was ok, serving arrangements should have been better since it became very crowded in the morning with long queue to get the breakfast. They should have a bigger place to serve breakfast. The space in the lobby is just not enough for all to have the breakfast before 9 PM.

Very close to Fukushima station and many shop and restaurants were only walking distance. Hotel staff were helpfull and friendly. Room was clean. We stay 4 night and room cleaning has planned only for 3rd day but it has cancelled by staff but they could not even explain the reason. There were some renovation works and the breakfast on 1st and 2nd day only packed meal from Seven Eleven. Last 2 days there were buffet breakfast but species were not enough. Staff doesn't speak English so you have to use tranlator.

5 minute walk from the train station, plenty to do around at night, and bus accesses to the city back at the main station. Great location. The room was typical Toyoko Inn style, simple beds, a basic shower and tub, Japanese bean pillow. We had a view of their sign from our room which was entertaining. Breakfast is from like 6am to 9am, and so the first day we missed it wanted to sleep in. Japanese seem to not sleep much. But the next day when we got up early for breakfast we enjoyed it. They had their coin laundry and free coffee near the reception. Wifi was good, but they constantly had a very noisy tv at the reception which made it a bit difficult to work or have calls from the reception.

Very very lovely, warm and helpful staff at front desk and the kind and cheerful breakfast ladies prepared plenty of wonderful food. Very clean. Spacious room and good water pressure. Location. Has lugggage stand. Bed and pillow are hard.
