Great location. Easy self-check in. Decent breakfast. Clean rooms. Good tap water. Spacious. The staff didn’t speak English. Parking was confusing (depending on what side of the road you arrive from)

Property was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, beds comfotable. Rooms small, a bit tricky to move around w not much space for luggage. AC worked very well and the door codes are nice bc dont have to worry about the key. Small rooms, no small washcloths (only bath towel and hand towel, no coffe in room, entering parking garage takes a bit to get the entrance arm to open

Great stay near the nice center of Fulda. Great parking garage I missed a closet to put some luggage in. Instead there is a stowaway. which was OK

The location was great! Also check in was easy and the parking garage was a plus. It felt like a motel. It was okay for a one night stay but it was only that-okay

I liked the modern style of building Check-in was difficult. It's nice to have a machine but when I book via Booking.com why does the hotel need a lot of extra information e.g. about my driving license, ID number etc. I don't mind giving it but at 11:30 pm after 14 hours of driving and an illegally parked car in front of the hotel with waiting passengers it's not so great. Also the parking is too expensive. We opted out of parking at the hotel's 10 euro parking and chose a parking opposite the hotel for 1 euro per hour. We only needed parking from 8-9 in the morning. We are aware that this is due to the location in the middle of the city.
