I only stayed for one night, but it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was good, and there are local shops within walking distance. It was also nice that the TV included streaming apps. Nothing

Sparkling clean, very comfortable beds, perfect room size. Smooth check in, bery good breakfast. Location is great, really close to a very nice area with restaurants.

The price, and the availability The parking arrangements in front of the hotel were very hard to figure out!

Clean rooms, nice staff and tasty breakfast. Small rooms with no place to unpack and put your things out.

Got hassled by the hotel staff because I was traveling with a bike, at first they would not let me bring it up to the room even after explaining that all my luggage is on it and it is a very expensive bike, they wanted me to key it in the garage, had to speak to multiple people and then was allowed to go up to the room, for context, this has never happened before, terrible customer service!

My second stay on this trip. I chose to return to this hotel because of an early heat wave across central Europe that saw temperatures as high as 33, and this hotel has effective AC! Breakfast is still a joy. I had managed to injure myself badly two days before arriving in Fulda (spent one night in a German hospital) and the efforts to accommodate me were very welcome. As with last stay, the sheets on the bed are sticky and unpleasant. But the rest of the stay was very nice.
