Location and price The room key system - instead of the usual key pad and card it was necessary to input a very long key code into the door pad in very poor light with quite small keys. My room on the 5th floor had a lift to the 3rd floor but then a fairly complicated p[oorly signed walk across a connecting corridort and then up 2 flights of steps - not easy with luggage.

Great secure parking for a city centre hotel. Reception excellent. The room was great, good facilities, comfy bed and great shower. The breakfast was very good too. The adjacent parking was good, but it was a distance to carry luggage to the reception. I had an Exec room in the adjacent tower block. Again, it was a pain to carry my luggage from reception to my room. I'm relatively fit, most people would be bugged by this, especially if you're infirm or have small kids.

A large, clean room. Close to the train station The air conditioner wasn't working in the room, so I had to open the window because it was so hot. The breakfasts are very poor. The only hot food is boiled eggs. I wouldn't order breakfast again.

A basic hotel with good beds. Friendly staff. Close to station and castle gardens. No kettle or cups in the room, not everything was as clean as we hoped. Quite noisy. Only key pads on doors which is harder to use when your eye sight is poor.

Very clean and good looking, very friendly staff. Beds are uncomfortable and the mattresses aren‘t stable.

The Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean, especially the shower. Parking spaces are large and well located. Hotel is a short walk from the town center. all good
