Good for the price

Our room was spacious, refriator was clean. Not enough electrical outlets, had to disconnect lamp to plug in cord for coffee maker. Last day of our stay we had no hot water. Management addressed issue and water was hot in the morning.

The room smelled really horrible couldn’t make out the kind of smell, the doors on the outside hall and carpet was really dirty. I didn’t feel very good with my stay. The pool was nice and clean my kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was good just was missing protein and fresh fruit.

I had a four night reservation, but checked out after the first night and went to the Holiday Inn next door because the room and property itself were so dirty and smelled terrible.

Outside area was nice and pool was fun for the kids! Cons-Property is extremely dated. Walls, carpets, railings are dirty/cracked. Hallways and rooms have distinct not pleasant odor. Windows have no sound resistance, a lot of sound from outside traffic. Kept checking if windows were open. Rooms were overall clean. Breakfast options are mediocre and bland. Would not stay here again.

Staff were amazing

Dirty rooms, bad breakfast, we had itchy bumps on our skin after 2 nights sleep.

The coffee maker was not working . The staff was not help full .

Cons: The hotel is next to a highway, so traffic is very loud at night. I have to use earplugs. The bed sheets were reek of mildew smell. I had to spray perfume on bed and pillow to dampen the smell.

Otherwise I was very pleased.

Pros: No pests: we checked our room thoroughly before unloading our bags. No bugs or signs of others pests. No undesirable/unsafe people: we went with our children and the location felt safe. We have stayed at really nice hotels that smelled like drugs and had other shenanigans. Transport: free shuttle to and from Disney (saving you on parking). Free parking!!!! Staff: they appear VERY short staffed, but the staff they do have was lovely. Cons: The furniture is worn and needs an update. Most stuff was clean, but visibly worn. Breakfast options: limited and mostly carbs, no protein. Our issue: We didn’t have a working shower in our room. The staff was quick and apologetic, but it did put a damper on our day. I take partial responsibility for not noticing sooner. Overall good deal of your on a budget and not bougie

Shuttle was really helpful because of the convenience of getting to Disney.

Never had a worse experience than this hotel. Hotel was filthy everywhere from the entrance lobby, room, elevators. It was beyond belief how bad it was. No refrigerator in the room although it shows and they said it’s on demand so I requested but nothing showed up. Sheets and towels had hairs. DIRTIEST HOTEL!!! The property is old and unmaintained. It was smelly in the hotel and room. It does not meet the basic cleanliness standards. I don’t know how they can operate. I could go on and on but to sum it up in words of my 8 yr old it is a JUNKYARD!!!

Dirty, old, pictures old, laundry was out of order. When will Expedia require updated pictures?

The place could use a little work. The shuttle to Disneyland is convenient. We noticed a reinspection notice in the breakfast area was wondering if it for the food or the whole place. Breakfast could be better. We got sausage on Saturday but no other day and the toasters were barely working. A waffle maker would be better than thawed out waffles. Our room was fine there is a lot of road noise if you are by the freeway side but not to bad. Its location is close to other stores and fast food. Our hotel door didn’t close or lock correctly but as I said before it could use some updates. We thought it was a fair priced place with a shuttle to the park.
