Cheap place to stay that accepts cash. Yes you get what you pay for. Close to Starbucks (across the side street) and across the large street a block down is In n Out. Perfect for food options day or night. Otherwise it's in an unsafe neighborhood. Besides just looking around my 2nd floor room bathroom has bars on the window. I mean I do feel safer if bars are needed that I have them, but that's a bad sign in general from a safety perspective.

The older man that runs the place he's cool. The younger dude that works nights. He's way too involved in the night time activities.

but if i had to pick something I didn't like it would have to be the key needed reprogramming a couple times but there was always someone available. to fix it right away

There wasn't an odor when you walked in the room. The room wasn't desperate need of sprucing up such as paint. The little sofa in there had stains on it. The a /c was very noisy. It was too pricey for what you get especially if it's only 41 night sleep and then departure.

The place was not clean and it had a terrible smoke smell. Not a good review and it was way to pricy for the stay.

The room needed a good cleaning, I had to wipe out the draws just to have a clean place to put my clothes,only 3 hangers, the shelf over the hanging area was dusty and also needed wiped off. The room had a overwhelming smell of cleaner,along with the refrigerator. The couch was very old looking/ dirty, and could use a good steem cleaning. The quilt also was stained. Price wasn't bad but will most likely find a different place. I know the was not a 5 star hotel, but a little more attention to detail would go a long way.
