No front desk, it's just someone texting on Whatsapp giving you answers. If the place is not full, that gives you a voucher for a cafeteria 3 blocks away.

The whole building is well decorated with good quality of facilities. The room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Plenty of parking place and easy access to the beach(300 meters).

The location was great, just a few minute walk to the beach and the board walk. Our son was sailing out of Porto Rosa Marina so this was a perfect location. The little woman who was in charge was friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Our host was great, she was very personable and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was very nice and the breakfast room great. Our son was sailing out of Marina Portorosa and this location was perfect. There was a beautiful beach 5 minute walk away

The breakfast was nice and the location was just right for us. The WiFi was not working and the air conditioning was either not working or not working well; we were really hot.

Very comfortable room. Spacious, everything was in good working order with all the comforts you need . Lots of plugs and dressers and a well designed bathroom. Our tv was not working and Luca came promptly to fix it. The breakfast was very good, with fresh fruit, warm croissants and many choices. Well located with the beach 400 meters and lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We felt at home for 5 nights and would highly recommend it.

Easy to find and located nearby the marina facility that we were going to. Immaculately clean and a very nice but simple breakfast prepared for you. All worked for us.

Clean, lovely location! Usually breakfast should be served at the b&b, which probably would have been marvellous on the roof top veranda. We had to go to a café nearby and that wasn't that satisfying.

Good location 100m from Tonnarella Beach. Room clean and cool with outdoor private space . Access to shared kitchen, balcony and outdoor area that was very pleasant in the evening

perfect host / our plane was late and they helped us organise transfer. smooth check in, very comfortable room, clean, new, good breakfast, easy to communicate with owner and staff, close to see and marina. excellent location for those who us taking a sail in marina. would 100% recommend to stay here
