VOI Baia di Tindari Resort - All Inclusive

- curatenia, atat in camere dar mai ales pe teritoriul complexului, inclusiv la plaja. Merita o apreciere aparte gradinarul / echipa de gradinari. - starea generala a complexului - ofera o atmosfera placuta propice unui concediu de calitate - mancarea a fost foarte gustoasa, chiar daca nu era o lista foarte lunga de feluri. Putine, dar bune. - atitudinea personalului a fost exemplara. M-au ajutat cu solicitarile ce le-am avut in plus, cum ar fi prelungirea sederii, late-check-out, informatii despre puncte turistice din zona, - plaja privata, unde iti era alocata umbrela si sezlonguri. Deci nu am fost martori ai vanatului de sezlong-uri la orele diminetii. - cafeaua din restaurant-ul All Inclusive - cred ca este unul dintre putinele restaurante all-inclusive in care cafeaua servita la aparatul de cafea cu autoservire este buna. - animatori - nu ma asteptam sa gasesc o echipa atat de mare de animatori. Pacat ca nu prea cunosteau engleza. Lucrurile ce NU mi-au placut: - cabina de dus foarte mica (~70*70cm) - nici sa nu te gandesti sa scapi sapunul jos caci nu ai nici o sansa sa te apleci sa-l ridici. Cred ca pentru persoanele supraponderale este o adevarata provocare sa faca un dus in acea cabina mica. - lipsa plaselor impotriva insectelor la geamuri / usa de la terasa - am prins niste muscaturi urate de tantari - izolarea fonica dintre camere foarte proasta - daca ai nenorocul sa prinzi niste vecini mai vocali, s-ar putea sa ai parte de un concediu dezamagitor. - frigiderul din camera era foarte galagios - la micul dejun mi-au lipsit ouale prajite (ochiuri). Aveau doar papara. - mesele alocate in restaurant - cred ca este primul restaurant all-inclusive din toate in care am mai fost, unde fiecare turist avea alocata o anumita masa in restaurant. Deci, nu a fost nebunia cand toata lumea vine buluc la pranz sau la cina si apoi umbla ca bezmeticii sa vaneze o masa la care sa poata sa se aseze. Initial, am fost incantat de aceasta regula, dar pana la urma am trecut-o la Neajunsuri, intrucat daca ti se aloca o masa cu o pozitionare mai proasta, atunci nu mai ai cum sa experimentezi si alte mese (de exemplu, la terasa cu o vedere mai frumoasa). - incaperea restaurantului mi s-a parut foarte galagioasa, chiar si in momentele cand erau putini turisti si asta in conditiile in care nu era o muzica de fundal. Cred ca e de la configuratia cladirii care contribuie la reverberatii mai intense ale sunetelor. - mi-am facut concluzia ca acest complex hotelier se adreseaza mai mult italienilor, si mai putin strainilor, intrucat personalul nu prea cunostea engleza. - un lucru care mi-a lipsit cu desavarsire a fost o promenada in afara complexului. Hotelul se afla in mijlocul unei "pustietati", deci sa nu va asteptati ca veti putea iesi la o plimbare dupa cina sa vizitati tarabele locale sau alte atractii locale.

All very good, clean, friendly staff. Location great, beach good. Food good. The property is very much geared towards Italian tourists. For adults this is no problem as one can always manage and staff really tried to accommodate to the extent possible but animation for kids only available in Italian and a little bit English. This makes the corresponding offer of limited value if kids do neither speak Italian nor English. Families need to be aware of that.

Location was good. If you had a late breakfast most of the coffee and juice machines were not working . Also the juices were too watery. Otherwise all was good. Shower cubicle too small. For a four star hotel we expected to have proper shower gel not just tiny pieces of soap. We were all inclusive but have no idea what snacks we could have between meals. Apart from ice cream which we knew that we had to pay for there were only lollies and crisps and these had to be paid for as well.

Food was a delight and one of the strongest points of this resort. Well organized restaurant and food quality typically Sicilian, meaning excellent. Friendly and helpfull staff ready to iron out any of our queries and concerns. Entertainment group also very good and high level including a very professional kids club. On a negative note , however is booking an all inclusive stay since the list of included alcohol is very limited. Also disappointing is the bar at the beach which serves no alcohol except beer which you need pay for even if you are on all inclusive. Also , espresso at the bar needs to be available since early morning and not starting at 10am for all inclusive . Overall a nice and pleasant stay since all negatives are easily overshadowed by the restaurant...Also thumbs up for Sicilian night. Limited all inclusive menu. No alcohol at beach bar and beer at a cost even under an all inclusive booking. Espresso at bar should be made available for those on all inclisive since early morning and not starting at 10am.

Everything was perfect, from the start to the end of my stay.

The food was great - one of the best buffet selections I have ever experienced, very organised and ran super smoothly. The beach was a short walk through the pine trees - lovely, and the beach was okay too. It was very clean and highly organised. The grounds were well managed. The staff were lovely. The vibe was quite controlling and not UK style or maybe just not my style. The rooms were organised but lacked any soul or ambience, and were pretty dark. You HAD to wear a swimming cap in the pool - very strange! And they played terrible music at the poolside all day long. It felt a little bit like a posh Hi-de-Hi!
