Dinner was excellent Room adequate but basic

The hotel has a name, the breakfast is good and I liked the location. The Dutch man working there was nice! The beds are really worn out, and internet in the rooms is non existent. It was a bit better downstairs, but only available during open hours, besides that no option. Also didn’t really feel welcome as a solo traveller, got the feeling they rather have families and fill the hotel with these.

The energy in this hotel is extremely friendly. Love it

Room for improvement on breakfast and pillows, but overall it was good. It would also be great if all sheets were white.

The hotel has several parking spaces. The rooms are nicely decorated and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is quite varied ... The area itself is not particularly busy in the winter months, but it is quieter, which suits some of us. Breakfast starts at 7.45, and they open about a minute earlier. This is a rather inconvenient time if you want to be at one of the bigger ski resorts (Kitzbühel, Zell am See, Saalbach, Wildkogel) when they open, as it's still about half an hour's drive away.

Location and Grossglockner pass 1. We got the room that we have reserved …. BUT from the pictures ou booking and the description from the hotel you could not see that it was in the atic with a sigle window at stomach level ! If you want to see the beautiful landscape you … need to get on your knees ! 2. I have asked for another room and after negotiations we got one with a nice view but it was over the kitchen and when we opened the balcony door all the smell from the kitchen got into the room. Also there was a lot of mold in the room after a bathroom flooding that was still visible . 3. Breakfast was at best average when comparing to Austrian standards. 4. The Hotel is still listing on Booking.com a Quadruple room and when I asked the owner where the quadruple room is that i have booked she replied: “ what do you mean, we don’t have such a thing !” :))

Great location for an early start at the grossglockner alpine road. Included in the price was a summer pass that you can use for an activity per day in many places ( swimming, lift passes and many more). The hotel has a restaurant and we had good food there. The room is warm in the summer but you can open the balcony door to cool the room down.

Right at the bottom of Grossglockner pass, great location. Very clean, highly recommend. Food was good and the price was fair, including the pass for the Mountain.
-
Very friendly staff in the hotel. I arrived quite late and the owner did not have any problem with that. Moreover, 1 day Grossglockner ticket was included. Great price / value. Coming back again.
