Very nice and convenient hotel. With a good wide parking on site. Wide rooms with exclusive designs and extras. Hotel has enormous spa area, dozens of different saunas, cold water pool for refreshing after sauna and bigger size outside pool with warm water. Near outside pool there is a sunlounge and bar - everything for Your comfort. Hotel is located around 12 minutes away from center by car in quiet area. Hard to say, that there was any problems. Just keep up this level.

The bathroom was stinking and was smelling very bad but it was looking clean. Also requested king size bed in booking.com but got twin beds which made us uncomfortable to sleep with toddler

I personally have been to other hotels with 4 stars that offered a few little things that made the difference of comfort for me tho. Little things like not even a small bottle of water in the room, no spare pillows or blanket in the cabinet. Normally hotels with spa offer also slippers. however, the spa area with textile mandatory really dissapointed me. Real sauna doesn't work in a bathing suit, the staff told me as its due to being international but for me that was a massive minus point. also no water dispenser or cups available in the spa area.

For a 4 star hotel, it was very bad. They do not deserve 4 star. Shower pipe was broken and leaking, shower door was out of its rails. Toilet seat had yellow spots etc. Sauna is only open from 10 am but checkout is at 12 and even in sauna, half of them were not functional for comfort. The music was weird, there was no water or staff to look out in case of an emergency. Walls were either broken or had moldy spots. There was no water or something to do coffee/tee, you always need to call the staff and pay. For this much price, I would have a much better & longer vacation

Helpful staff at the restaurant, appreciate them. Bed was also good. The room is a bit outdated, looks relatively old. Very slow elevator and only one works.

These are not relevant things, more suggestions and opinions. The cocktails a bit more expensive that the usual, but for being a 4 star hotel I expected it. It will be nice if they offer some snacks in the bar after 10 pm.

No drinking water in the SPA ,it is very dangerous. No towels for change. No drinking water in the gym. No towels. I recommend to bring water with you

The room was clean and tidy, and despite the breakfast not being very large, there was everything! There was free parking available. There is no phone in the room to reach the reception! There is a mini bar, but it doesn't even have a single bottle of water (nor was there any in the room). If you want to make coffee or tea, there is no kettle! There is a fairly large spa area, but there are no slippers available in the room to use in the spa! Inside the spa, there are neither towels nor slippers! In the sauna area, there is not a single place to drink water! If you want to have something to drink in the spa, it's not possible! On a rainy day, I left the umbrella I got from the reception in the room during check-out (unfortunately, with two suitcases and my dog, I couldn't carry it downstairs!). However, the reception asked me to go back to the room after my check out completed which I paid 176 Euros per night and return the umbrella to the reception! It was unbelievable!! I guess broken umbrellas were more important than customer trust! I was charged 12 Euros per night for my dog! However, there was neither a water bowl nor any preparation in the room! Overall, I must say; the general atmosphere in the hotel felt like, let's keep it open until no one willing to pay that!

I have been to the hotel 3 times, the hygiene of the rooms and the upper terraces are not in good condition, the initial corridor has Chanel advertising (it is noticeable that they have not cleaned those areas for more than 20 years) on the other hand the reception staff only a Latin girl and the Hungarian gentleman know how to treat customers since the one who does her job the worst is the lady in charge or waitress of reservations at the restaurant at dinner time, she treats customers without respect and also yells at customers! , when they ask her or comment that they are going to complain she says, I don't care!! I've been here for 30 years! Nobody is going to kick me out! Well in this way I guarantee that I will never return! All the hotel's clients absolutely disagree with her way of acting as a waitress, that is to say, she is absolutely bad as a professional and brings the hotel into disrepute.

Exceptional

The breakfast is good. The bed is hard. The shower entry is very high. During the two nights we stayed the pool was being cleaned. Other areas were only partly heated.

Breakfast was brilliant! A plenty of choices and fresh food. Toillete could be much better.

Parking was easy. Check-in and check-out was quick. The selection for breakfast was adequate. Service in the breakfast room was good. The room was clean. There was no information in the room regarding the Spa or Restaurant. Apparently, the Spa was open starting at 10:00 but when we arrived at 10:00 it was full of people already and there were no more places left. The "warm" items for breakfast were not very warm even though breakfast was open still for another two hours. Shower in room with a high entry and small cabin. Saune was not very warm, although I was there later in the day - ten minutes inside and still did not sweat.
