Breakfast was separately paid but it was good. The guy running the kitchen and reception was quite helpful. 1. Really bad communication throughout by the hotel. We were travelling with kids and we had informed, and even discussed needed cot / breakfast booked into the price, but when we reached no cot was booked neither was breakfast given in that discounted price. We had to separately purchase breakfast eventually. 2. All 4 of us had to sleep on 1 double bed because the cot wasn't booked. The hotel was unreachable to confirm cot bookings. 3. If they are going to dispute this for some crazy reason, I have screenshots of the communications where the hotel was so unresponsive in last few days, how confusing the comms were, which ultimately resulted in a very uncomfortable night 4. No Value for money - place was quite highly priced for a small room. 5. Where we were informed to park, no parking was available and no one was reachable at night. It took quite a while from an exhausting flight to find parking (we eventually parked underground without knowing if it was allowed or not, as there were absolutely NO MARKINGS!)

Location in the industrial area, close to the factory I was visiting. Calm hotel, nice breakfast. Ideal for business trip. Nothing special in it. Good to come, sleep and leave.

For this kind of hotel I find it bizarre that there is no reception after 10:00 pm, nor (it seems) any alternative option to self check-in if you arrive after that time. Most personnel only speaks German and very limited English.

Friendly staff that spoke good english, good side room that was very clean and comfortable. Good selection of food for breakfast.
