The room was clean but smelled very musty. The floor was uneven and when walking into the bathroom the floor went down hill. It made you feel like you were falling.

Room smells very bad. Restroom was not cleaned properly.

Old hotel but breakfast was fine.

Everything! Inviting lobby and lounge area. Our room’s TV didn’t work, so one of the agent moved us within 5min of being called. Beds were very comfortable. We only needed one night, but would definitely stay longer.

Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Property was old and run down. Rooms were not very clean. There was a black latex glove found beside our bed. We didn’t have a shower curtain, but they got one for us. Table in room was not wiped off. Plug in room didn’t work. Convenient location and breakfast was good.

Everyone here was so nice and pleasant

The location was convenient and made it easy to get around the area. The room itself was acceptable, but unfortunately the overall experience did not justify the price we paid. The room was located next to a conference hall where a church gathering took place during the day, making it impossible to rest or work because of the noise. The breakfast selection was very limited, the Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, the bed linens were not clean, and the staff seemed indifferent when issues were raised. Overall, the hotel did not provide good value for the money

Nothing very nasty place The shower head has mold and green gunk all around it and the bed was very uncomfortable the mattress was worn out and the bed was lop sided , the towel and had stains very nasty

It was good for a night’s sleep on the way.

Clean and friendly staff

The staff were great but rooms were dirty with what we suspect were begbuds. Carpets were filthy, rooms were smelly and mildew. Paint trays under the air conditioner to catch condensation. Bed linen and mattress was stained and tattered. We did not say the night. Hotel staff said our money would be refunded through Expedia so we contacted Expedia. Hopefully we will get money back. Desk staff were very apologetic and agreed cleaning staff should have identified these issues.

Rooms smelled bad and the water never got hot and dripped all night

Clean and comfy beds. Breakfast is basic and the only food sold on property comes from a vending machine on the 1st floor. Front desk staff were helpful and polite.
