Lovely place at a location where byciclist and motorcycle riders stop to get a refreshment and visit.

First of all, the "wine tasting experience" they promote is a complete lie. It was supposedly included in our reservation, but we were never able to do it. No explanation, no rescheduling, just ignored. The woman who received us was extremely rude and unwelcoming. On top of that, the restaurant was closed for a private event one night, and no one informed us in advance. We were left without a place to have dinner, which is unacceptable in such a remote area. Another big deception: they make it seem like you're staying at the castle, but the castle actually has **nothing** to do with the hotel. That part is totally misleading. Overall, the service was poor, the attitude of the staff was disrespectful, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place.

We had a very nice checkin, a wonderful wine tasting session with Kourtney and a fantastic time during our breakfast. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and we really enjoyed the masterclass and the tasting sessions in the Enoteca. We also enjoyed people watching early morning in L’eroica cafe, where you can spend some time and watch all the cyclists in their coffee break. Beautiful experience!

It was clean and had easy parking plus we got a wine tasting and could visit the castle as part of our rate I wish they’d to.d us the only place to eat there was the Osteria when I booked and strongly recommend to get reservations

Great location for visiting the Ricasoli estate. Basic accomodation with what you need. A few insects in the room that we did not let in. Breakfast could improve with a clearer structure/explaination of what is included/offered.

The bedding was of high quality.

Free tour of castle and free wine tasting and breakfast included. The description with the picture makes it seem like you will be staying in the castle. You definitely are not staying in the castle, very disappointing to me.

- The hotel is near the road and this is not the best solution. Your table for breakfast will be near the road where cars are constantly driving. Breakfast is only a croissant. The bed is like in a monastery, the windows are absolutely terrible. It was a birthday party all night and we couldn't sleep

Everything. This place is spectacular. Make sure to arrive early to go to the Castle and try a wine tasting in their enoteca. The service was outstanding. The wine some of the best we’ve tried. This place is a gem! Highly recommended

Good quiet location in magnificent countryside. It is ideal for R&R and escaping hustle and bustle. Try their wine, which is very good, especially the reservation. Breakfast was on the minimal side from the perspective of available selections.

Spacious room with good bedding (triple room) and huge shower (with appreciated pressure in the shower). Breakfast is at the bar under the room. Good to know before booking that the rooms are above a coffee where cyclists and locals stop to eat and have drinks so can be noisy up to 10 pm as the room is just above.

This place honestly exceeded our expectations. The room was big, very clean, beds comfortable. The location is very good if you plan to visit the Brolio castle which was free to visit for the guests of Brolio Agriroom. The most amazing thing is that for every guest there is a free wine tasting included. One person can choose up to 3 wines to taste for free so in total we got to taste 6 different Ricasoli wines. I really recommend to book a table at the castle's restaurant for dinner. It was the best dinner we had in our whole trip around Tuscany. If you are a light sleeper I recommend to bring earplugs because the sound from other rooms and downstairs cafe is loud enough to disturb sleep. It was nice that the breakfast is included in the price but it was nothing special. Just coffee and a pizza slice or other pastry product of your choosing.
