I am so grateful for this hotel. The hospitality that the staff showed my family was impeccable. The housekeeping head, Liz, went out of her way to retrieve my father's outfit and wallet when we left it after checkout. She promptly called me and left it with the reception when she found it. What a kind-hearted person. Thank you so much for comfortable stay, you are a gem of a find!!

Check in was quick and easy. The staff was courteous and friendly. I asked for a late check out and was accommodated immediately.

For reference, breakfast is available for about $25 per person, parking costs $5, and you receive a warm cookie at check-in.

The room was clean and staff very accommodating ! The parking is was easy and Upon checkout Timothy Anderson made me feel I was an honored guest !! The young woman that checked me in was also compassionate and understanding. I was tired I asked her name but I have forgotten it !! She was memorable I just am dealing with brain issues!

The location was good. Breakfast was really good. Staff were kind and helpful. The pool was inviting and fun. The only concern I had was during breakfast. I paid extra to have the breakfast included in our staff and we had breakfast passes with us, but we were still asked to pay for breakfast. I wasn't sure why we were asked when we had our breakfast passes in hand.

Dirty rooms, ants, bed bugs, stained sheets, bathrooms not cleaned, floors not vaccumed. Items from previous guest left on the floor such as wrappers, clothings tags and tops.

The property is very clean but the smell from the septic tank is coming back up through the toilet. So i had ti shut the bathroom door to breath nice air in the room
