Every thing was great .

Breakfast could be better. But clean, convenient, and spacious.

Everything was great but the only thing was we cdnt use the pool for the whole stay. It was closed for maintenance. My kids were upset.

The breakfast, however, wasn’t a favorite. I would recommend offering a few more options. They had omelets with cheese, but since I don’t eat cheese, that was a bit of a bummer. The potatoes also had a seasoning that wasn’t really to my taste. My biggest disappointment was the pool. When we first arrived, the pool was closed, so we assumed it was simply because of the time. However, when we went down the next day with our kids, we saw a sign saying the pool was out of service. This was really inconvenient and unfortunate, especially since we specifically look forward to pool access when traveling with our kids. I would have appreciated being informed at check-in if the pool was already out of service. I also think it would have been more professional to notify guests ahead of time, perhaps by email, and give them the option of continuing with their reservation knowing that the pool would not be available. The pool is part of the amenities guests are paying for and, especially for families with children, can be a big part of the experience. We also spoke with other guests who felt the same way. Aside from those issues, the hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely consider staying again, but I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration for future guests.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Spacious and clean room. Great decor. Comfortable. Excellent location. My kids wanted to swim. The pool was closed.

Last day there was a water leak so no water but otherwise all was great.

Each time I've stayed the experience has been wonderful, from the friendly staff to my room accommodations.

The pool

Room was spacious and clean. The computer system was down at arrival. It took about 30 minutes to check in. The staff did give my kids all a free snack from the hotel store, which was considerate and appreciated. Everything else was great!
