Their system rejected all four of my payment cards from three different banks! Had to get cash (using one of the cards they rejected ) and pay on arrival. Luckily there is a bank right next door, otherwise it could have been a problem . Also a shame the kitchen was not open when I was there (Wednesday evening), had to go out for food.

Ideal for one night, very near the airport. Rooms are functional. The restaurant was excellent value, bar was nice . Room was small but fine for a overnight stop. Free parking, easy to find Restaurant/bar closed at 9.30. So we had to sit in a side room, which was cold . OK as we was having a early night . Surprisingly bar opens at 6.30 am so could get a good coffee before we set off.

Roberto was super friendly and the room was very cute with a great view. I'm a cyclist and I really appreciated how Roberto took care to put my bike somewhere safe! There's a restaurant just downstairs so super convenient.

in a quiet village but close to the heras rail link for visiting santander

N/A the bathroom was terrible .couldn't get into the bathtub for a shower ...too short and too high ..not safe.. No airconditioning. A hole in the wall by a plug outlet near the sink and a hairdryer obviously from last century

nice staff , good bar , easy to park, local restaurants within 2 kilometres no restaurant and a bit noisy until 1130 pm bedrooms on third floor need some modernisation

OK stay, nothing more or less than expected Difficult to find way in and park. Paper thin walls so was kept awake most of the night by the person in the adjoining room snoring...
