This hotel was a total surprise to us. I don't usually take pictures of the entrance and dining room, but this place is exquisite and I took many pictures! Everywhere you look, you see another interesting or remarkable feature in this grand hotel. The dining room is so pretty and the breakfast was wonderful. Our host was lovely and accommodating especially since we booked last minute. We and our two miniature schnauzers felt very welcome. Our room was huge, the shower pressure amazing, and the bed extremely comfortable. The whole place is exceptionally clean. Galatina is a lovely town with an amazing cathedral. We walked to centro storico which is just down the street from this hotel - maybe a ten minute walk. There is free parking within a two minute walk from the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this hotel when you visit Galatina! A fabulous hotel - everything was perfect!

The building and the rooms are stunning! It was perfect!

Showers were very small and difficult to operate. Not easy to communicate as the landlady didn't speak any English. Breakfast consisted entirely of sweet things, which we are not used to. No eggs, vegetables, cheeses, etc.

A beautifully appointed B&B. Step inside the huge front doors to a feast of colour, beauty, style and elegance. Every corner was decorated to perfection. Rosa was an excellent and gracious host. And her breakfasts are memorable. Thank you Rosa for being such a charming host. That we had to leave when our time was up. We had new country to explore.

high ceilings and Baroque furniture there was only Italian breakfast with cakes and croissants, no eggs or cheese or fresh bread

Thrilled by the beauty of this palazzo, every inch carefully and tastefully decorated, from the furniture to the wall colouring and stencilling. Freshlly baked cakes for breakfast each morning added to the sense of being well-cared for by the owner/manager, who seemed a delightful person, although our communication was limited by language on both sides. Not in the centre of town, but only a 5-10 minute walk away. Big concern was that wifi did not work in the room, and was fairly weak everywhere. There was a very attractive bath with jets and shower, but we never managed to get it to work -- in part due our lack of Italian. As our room was facing the street, there was a fair bit of daytime noise from vehicles and construction.

Absolutely amazing home, was made to feel very welcome. Rooms where very spacious and bed was very comfortable, crisp clean white sheets. The breakfast was best! Rosa made everything fresh, and served everything perfectly. very close to train station and all amenities. There was nothing I did not like at this property.

Fantastic stylish house, not far from the centre of town and good starting point for visiting other towns in the area. The breakfasts were abundant in quantity and quality and variety. Contrary to what was indicated by booking.com, there were no coffe facilities in the room. The bathroom was extremely tiny (1,5x1,5m2) containing shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin!

Too much noise in the rooms facing the Main Street. Lots of cars, parties and bar

The room is really big, everything is clean an perfect. The whole structure has a great style. The brekfast was home made with so many different cakes and delicious. The host is kind, welcoming and very helpfull. The structure is 2 minutes from the historic centre by foot.

The lady of the home was gracious and welcoming. The palazzo is decorated to perfection. The breakfast served each day was amazing in both taste and variety. It felt like a truly decadent treat to have the opportunity to stay in one of Galatina's finest homes. Everything was fabulous.

It's a very fairytale mansion, amazing if you like Versace style, which we are not fans of. The owner and her dog Sisy are a sweet pair. You will also be killed by sugar at breakfast. The cakes and choice of them are amazing - it's like a confectionary. The owner speaks only Italian but we managed Very sweet breakfast. Room goes out onto a very busy street, so sleeping with open windows is not an option. Shower in our room (No 2) was mini, we are rather slim and small so we managed but anyone who is more of a normal size would have trouble getting in or out. No Covid precautions.

And that is until you get to the breakfast.. that is just… wow! The wonderful host and this fantastic place has created us a weekend in a dream. I really cannot wait to go back!

The host as wonderful as the place itself. She bakes cakes every morning, and it’s a pleasure to talk to
